We had to replace a GE Profile that was 10 years old. This was one of the few dishwashers I could find that was reasonably priced and the right color (bisque) to match our other appliances that are in fine condition. I have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works, especially on silverware. ...

I've probably installed ten or so dishwashers in my life - pretty simple really. Well my wife gets this Whirlpool on sale and I noticed a few things right away 1) The water inlet was NOT the industry standard horizontal 0.5in compression fitting but a cheap plastic male 3/4in hose fitting. 2) When looking... read full review »

Love the new whirlpool quiet partner II because first, it's an energy star appliance and second, because it's quiet and third because of the capacity available. The silverware basket in the door attracted my wife at first but after a couple weeks we moved it to the left side of the lower rack - it made more noise than we had anticipated. Sears delivery people took the time to make sure it was connected and leak proof - that was a task because of existing access and length of cords and plumbing. Other major suppliers won't deliver to manufactured homes even if you beg them. My hats off to sears!...

After our 15 year old dishwasher finally gave it last rinse, we bought this Whirlpool.  Not having to fully rinse the dishes before I load them in is a big time saver.  It has the option to heat dry or not, has a large load capacity-I think I do a half load less a day.  The silverware caddy is actually on the door, so it adds a great deal of room.  My dishes come out feeling so clean, and it is pretty quiet.  Not the quietest on the market, but, for the price, it can't be beat!

We had an old diswasher that was using way too much water.  Our fabulous Sears salesperson suggested the Whirlpool Quiet Partner II. Our salesperson said there was no need to pre-wash, that on average, 13 galons of water is wasted on pre-washing dishes before putting them into the dish washer.  He swore to us we could just load all of our dirty, food crusted, disgusting dishes right into it...and they would come out clean!  Well, I've loaded everything, and haven't pre-washed...and he was right!  They come out perfectly clean.  We've started using a Jet Dry wash that has helped with no water...

Great Value

We purchased a home a few years ago and the dishwasher that came with the house was probably the origional one purchased in the 60's. We didn't have much money but knew that hand washing dishes wasn't an option. This was a great dishwasher. Quiet and energy smart as well. we love it.

I have a small house so you can hear everything that goes on. That is why the dishwasher is not quiet. As far as everything else, I love it.

Super Quiet

I got this dishwasher a few weeks ago to replace a Kitchen Aid that was probably 30 years old.  I did not get it at sears becasue I found it cheaper at a local appliance store.  Let me start by saying my kitchen aid died over a year ago....that will tell you how much I use the dishwasher.  I live alone so I usually hand wash.  I decided one day that I had a pile of dishes in the sink, and really could use a new dishwasher.  i went to the appliance store with another model in  mind.  I wanted something inexpensive, yet durable.  The salesman suggested this one,  and it was on sale from...
