“Gorgeous, looks real!”

De to my husband and son's allergies, we can't have a real tree like the ones I grew up with. This one is the perfect replacement...The "water droplets" lok gorgeous and really light up the tree. I had no trouble with any of the lights at all. My only problem is won't hold my heavy star on top:)

“Lights Out”

After putting this together I plugged it in and took a step back. I thought that it looked pretty good... but it did not look like 800 lights. That's because 1/3 of them were out. I went through the troubleshooting and after 3 hours of checking each bulb, fuse etc. it still doesn't light. I will be boxing... read full review »

“light problem....”

I purchased it on clearance last year so when we put it up 3 sections did not light and my husband tried trouble shooting. 2 hours later I purchased 2 boxes of lights and added them to the tree so noone would know that some did not work.I sure am glad I got it on clearance.

After searching for the perfect tree, we found this one, it was beautiful, easy to set up, only after a few days a section of the top the lites don't lite now, so disapointing, I will return the tree and begin another search.
