These boots are great.

Water just beads up on them and falls off. The insolation isn't very thick, which makes them fit better (for me at least) at the expense of usefulness in extremely cold weather. They provide good support and protection (for a non steel-toe). Much like my combat boots, they are...

Wolverine Men's Work Boots Leather Soft Toe... Reviews

I have been working all my life (53yo) and luckily found these great boots early in my career. Always have worked outside and had tried all kinds of boots but when I put on these Wolverines I was immediately impressed with their great fit and light weight. They were soft and flexible requiring little break-in. I was very impressed with the water proofing as well. When I first started wearing these boots I was working as a truck crane operator working on many various job sites. Here in Washington it rains a lot and job sites are very muddy and wet. To my surprise, the water ran right off these... read full review »

More than two years ago I walked into my local Sears store to buy a pair of work boots. Sears is where I go to find a good selection that satisfies the needs of a construction worker. There neatly displayed on shelves and racks you will find a decent array of footwear to satisfy most any taste.

The Wolverine Men's 8" Waterproof Boot stood out among the crowd of other brands and styles, although there were a small selection of Harley-Davidson branded boots resting right beside and are also made by Wolverine.

I quickly found a store associate who was able to locate the Wolverine 8" in the stockroom,...

We purchased a pair of Wolverine Men's boots as a birthday gift for our son who is in the U.S. Naval Academy. Actually we were in the store with him a week prior to his birthday and he gave these boots a very good rating. We are longtime Sears customers and have always found an excellent workmanship and quality of the products we have purchased.

These boots are awesome, took a little breaking in, but within a few days I was wearing them everywhere. I bought these on deployment, and they became the main boot that I wore when not in uniform. This is the first pair of Timberlands that I have owned, but they will not be the last. Very happy with this product, and will buy again when these wear out.

my experience in wolverene boots was awesome i waterproofed them; the next day was a nasty blizzard with two feet of snow; with snow drifts over my waist line; so i would say they were submerged in snow continuously for twelve hours or more; what a great pair of boots. never were my feet cold or wet.when i was looking at the boots i could tell they were very well constructed they were insulated;waterproof;double stitching;and leather;i bought them on sale for eighty-five dollars;they were one-hundred and ten dollars but really you cant put a price on staying warm and dry in a freezing blizzard... read full review »

Waste of money

I have never been compelled to write a review for a product before but feel the public needs to be made aware of items like this. I have had these boots for 2 weeks and feel I am qualified to give an accurate review.

The first day I wore them started out in the low 40's. On the jobsite I was extreemly aware of just how cold my feet were, more then the day before with my non-insulated boots. After the sun comes up the temps get into the 60/70 degree range. Now my feet are burning!

Today I got some water on them and my socks were quickly soaked! I have since sprayed them with "Campdry" which...

Bob the Builder

I have been wearing these boots for over 20 years. I cannot try other boots because nothing compares to these boots. I would like to see Wolverine make these boots without the insulation for summer wear. Buy a pair, you won't be dissapointed. Anyone that has taken my advice and purchased a pair have been sold for life.

I bought  Two pair from Sears they were on sale ...After wearing them for some time the sole started to come apart chunks were breaking off..  Where the sole meets the sides started to pull apart leaving my foot exposed...The shoe strings did not last very long also.... I contacted Sears with no help at all...Contacted Wolveri()I know it would not be in my favor) by the sound of the conversation....

I don't think I will ever buy anouther pair of these boots...

They don't want to stand be hind them without you Jumping hurdles....

So Good Bye Wolverine ...You lost a good costomer ...( I work Construction...

outstanding lightweight boot

I have been wearing these boots for probably 20 plus years. I have tried others but nothing compares to these boots. As long as me and Wolverine are still around I'll keep wearing them. I do have one miner complaint, the laces tend to break long before the boot does. Fix that and you've got the perfect boot. Buy a pair ,you won't be dissapointed I promise.

These boots take a kicking and keep on working

I've had a pair of these boots for two and a half years, and I wear them constantly for work in the woods and elsewhere. They are light, strong, comfortable and sure-footed, and they keep my feet and ankles protected. I've put a lot of miles on them through all kinds of territory. At the end of a day, when I'm dog tired and realize that I haven't thought once about my feet, I know I've got good boots. Get some.

The boots are decent, i do anything from concrete work to carpentry to today lying under a dumptruck trying to un-seize the brake drum, i found the boots very flexable, and comfortable compared to my last pair of boots they were caterpillars, extremely uncomfortable and hot in the sun (black), but the wolverines arent nearly as tough the suede is a nightmare i thought i could put something on them to waterproof them and darken them, this was not very possable at least the caterpillars were tough. The TREAD IS GREAT ON THESE WOLVERINES, held up very well, so Suede boots, Comfortable,Flexable,...

Boots

My husband has been wearing these boots for years. I've known him for 17 years. I have not been able to buy them in the stores (he wears wide), but I am still able to purchase them online. These are the only boots he will wear. They are excellent. Thank you for selling them on your web site.

a true wolverine

I would recommend this boot for both the in doors worker as well as the outside toiler. it is well made, light weight and very durable.the ony flaw I found in the boot is the laces which tend to break long before the boot wears out.
