Zenith Digital TV Tuner w/ Analog Pass-Through —
This unit was highly rated at Consumer Reports and rightly so because it has a great picture and sound (it was set to mono by default but it's easy to change using the menus and I believe you have to use the line-out jacks on the back of the unit).
The only flaw I've found so far is the program guide. It only lists the show that's currently being aired and one upcoming show per channel and it only displays one channel at a time. Also, it will only display program information AFTER you tune to that channel so you'll have to flip through them all first.
The best program guide I've seen so far is with the Dish Network TR-40CRA. It has to download program info when you turn it on but it's for all the channels you can receive and for several hours in advance.
The Zenith's universal remote was really easy to program. You hold a button down and repeatedly press another one until your TV turns on or off.
