Zojirushi Bread Machine - Home Bakery Supreme BBCC-X20  — 

The Zojirushi Supreme is more expensive than the average bread machine, but it has features that other machines don't - for example, it'll make jam - and the taste and texture of the bread it produces far outshines any other machine-made bread I've tried.

It has different crust settings, a timer and several cycles, depending on what you're making. I use the dough cycle for making rolls and pizza dough.

The quality of the bread and dough it produces is so good - and it's so easy to use - that I used it enough that it paid for itself in a year.

The hopper and paddles are easy to clean and the recipes provided cover most of the basics.
