Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker —

The Mini Zo was my Christmas present to myself. I adore it! Thanks to the ease of use and the small footprint (which allows it to live on the counter), I make bread between once or twice a week now that the novelty has worn off (I was making a loaf of day when it first arrived... for us, for neighbors, for friends, just because it was so fun). All the parts clean up extremely easily, the machine itself is quiet and it does everything it says it will. Very pleased with my purchase.
