“Good product”

This bread maker is great. You don't have to mix and knead or do anything. Just pour all the ingredients into the basin and turn it on, and the bread maker does all the work. We had wanted a breadmaker for many years. We thought we had done enough research, but we were wrong. We did'nt mind paying more for quality. “We LOVE our Zoji Breadmaker!”

We've had our Z machine for just over a week and have made a loaf a day!  We've made several types using the recipes provided and also found a couple on the internet that were fast favorites.  We read hundreds of reviews from various sites before deciding on the Zojiruishi.  It was a little more expensive, but worth every penny.  By reading the various reviews we also learned valuable "breadmaking" tips.  Add vital wheat gluten to get a higher loaf. Adjusting the amount of yeast and water temperature will also give great results. We use the lighter crust setting for a softer, lighter loaf...
