I had never purchased outdoor furniture before and really needed help trying to decide what style was best for our new deck. The sales staff was very helpful in helping me select a style that my family would enjoy, and in making sure the size would be appropriate. They also helped me stay within my budget and called other Sears stores to find an out-of-stock item. It took awhile to get the transaction finished, but the sales staff was very courteous and friendly, and I really appreciate their help.
