We now have two of the new Kenmore front-load washers and dryers on the floor. One is white, one is ginger. They do have a more eye-catching look, eschewing chrome or brushed metal trim for tinted transparent plastic.

In the meantime, Kenmore HE3 and HE5 machines are starting to get liquidated from salesfloors. I expect a full purge from salesfloors by the end of December, when the new Kenmore front-load line will be fully represented.

This includes the Kenmore rear-controlled front-load washer/dryer set, which will be leaving salesfloors. It has yet to be announced what, if anything, will take its place. Expect to see these machines liquidated by the end of the year.

We have received and displayed the new Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher. Inside it remains consistent to last year's model, but on the outside the cosmetics have taken an enormous leap forward. It's one of the sharpest looking dishwashers on our floor, with a down-swept contour handle that has a chrome accent along its length. Frigidaire has taken a sharp turn in making its products stand out with a look that is relevant AND forward-looking.

A new LG washer/dryer set has also been floored, and we await the next few ranges to take their place in the three vacancies left on our floor.

The new LG-manufactured Kenmore front-load washers and dryers will soon be hitting salesfloors. With LG's new wash motions, cleaning performance will be greatly increased over LG's previous generations of washers. The new generation of Kenmore front-loaders will have updated styling, new colors like ginger and chili pepper, they'll run more quietly, and they'll be suitable for second-floor installation (unlike the Whirlpool-manufactured Kenmores). Keep your eyes peeled for these new machines.

We just floored the Bosch Vision 500 and 800 series front-load laundry in white, along with the new Samsung 418 washer and dryer in a seafoam blue-green.

The new Bosch front-loaders can be stacked, unlike their predecessors. They also sport more conventional front-load appearance, and a simplified, European control panel.

The Samsung has steam, ActivFresh (formerly SilverCare), a condensed control panel to the right of the cycle knob, and boasts a shiny chrome band across the front above the door. The color's not my personal favorite, but it's sure to be a popular choice, as it stands out from the other colors.

In addition to these great additions to the salesfloor, be sure to check out the new Maytag Bravos washers. Lots of great options to choose from!

Whirlpool's new ResourceSaver Duet washer and dryer set have hit salesfloors. The washer has a new feature that works like the WrinkleGuard system in the dryers. It keeps the clothes tumbling after the wash is finished, up to 6 hours, to keep the clothes fresh in case you're not going to get to them right after they're done. It also helps keep the clothes from getting wrinkles that the dryer might have trouble removing. They've also had a little cosmetic update, which has helped make them look a little sharper and more modern/up-to-date.

There is also a new LG washer/dryer set on the salesfloor in white, which will be taking the place of the set that was our low price point set.

The Whirlpool Cabrio on Lunar Silver is also on display, boasting a 5.0 cu. ft. washtub (the industry's largest).

The Kenmore HE3t Steam set in Twilight continue to have a super promotional price when you purchase the washer and dryer together. Same goes for the Kenmore HE5t Steam set in Barolo. Both fantastic bargains on industry-leading machines.

We've also just received the new Kenmore Elite Trio and 4-door refrigerators. They are now Energy Star-qualified, and look as sharp as a tack. Give them a look next time you're in Sears!
