Sears Tech coming to check out my ice maker problem on Thursday morning on my side by side kemore Elite fridge. this will be the 5th visit on this fridge since July.

Hi- having lots of problems with same fridge- shaved ice never works- always chunk of ice clogging opening- sears warranty services are
horrible, rude, hang up on you, service men never show up- all documented! Fridge just 1 year old now. Just noticed mold up in the dispenser shoot. Will Sears show up for this? or should I hire an outside source? Would love to send this fridge back- cost $2,700 with tax & warranty- it should work!! Help!!! Tried my salesperson, she tries, but they hang up on her!!
