Kenmore 25.1 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator with Push Button Filter
This is essentially a Gen Electric refrigator. The cooling on the frig side is controlled by a damper door that fails routinely. If it fails open, the frig will freeze. If it fails closed, the frig will assume room temp. This part costs $90, and can be replaced easily, but the previous model using the same damper would fail every 3 years. This wreaks havoc on the defrost system and will eventually be coupled with the failure of the thermostat. Would I buy it again? N E V E R.
