    Sears is not as great as they used to be.

    My Kenmore washing machine has not even lasted 1 year.  The repair man came to fix it, but had to order a part....1 week.  Another repair man installs the part (main electrical board), but determines it's the door lock not the board.  Emergency orders another part, but Sears has no record of the guy being here or the part ordered.  These people don't comunicate too well with each other.  Meanwhile, it's week 2 and the door lock finally comes with the original man to fix my machine.  Why, it isn't the door lock, Sears ordered the wrong main electrical board.  So now the original repairman... read full review »
