When we tried to get into our room upon first boarding the ship, our key would not open the room. After a few minutes contemplating the situation and trying to figure out why we couldn't open the door, a young couple opened the door. They were in our room. We asked how they got in there and they stated that one of the cruise ship staff let them in. We were furious! They had been rolling around in our bed, used our bathroom, and sampled the snacks in our room. We went to the help desk and let them know what had happened.
