Sears - Credit Card

Sears Credit Card.  Unbelievably poor customer service.  Sears will not honor their 12 months deferred interest no payments promotion on large appliances.  Customer service reps always put you on hold for 30 minutes no matter what time you call, then transfer you to another rep without saying anything, then kick you back to automated call system.  Answer all of their online inquiries saying " you must call us".  Good idea, I want to be put on hold for 30 minutes.  I think they are non-responsive to dispute resolution because it allows Sears Card to charge $39.00 late fees and 29.99%...

Hi Clawdette- I am sorry to hear abt. your issues with the Sears Card customer service. That is not how Sears wants their loyal card members to be treated! We have a super responsive customer service team on this site-please give them a try! They have helped out a lot of community members with a wide range of issues.
