Craftsman Hand Tools
I had bought a craftsman staple gun (UPC 666880685142) $22.99 about 4 years ago and if broke last week I went to replace it thinking all sears tools have a lifetime replacement! not so say's sales person,then he showed me where it is on the package that tells you life time or one year etc. I have been buying craftsman tools for almost 40 years and I always was able to return them with no questions asked when did that change? I had to buy a new one. now I have over $45.00 invested in a staple gun.
