Being at a PEI store, they're actually reorganizing us. I'm going to be the Sales Coach, the present SL will be Compliance Coach. Which means she gets to plan out all the tasks and projects, while I get to deal with the day-to-day running of the store and coach associates. I'm actually pleased, this may turn out to be a SMART move for once. Especially since she already has a way of wating to run things, and I'm the only person in the store who cares to figure out WHO is actually failing and give them special attention.
