Electrolux Canister Vacuum Cleaner (EL6988)
When my back problems got worse I had to get rid of the heavy upright vacuum I had been using (plus it was old and in need of replacement anyway). This is my first canister vacuum and I must say I am pretty impressed. It is very quiet. You can have a conversation while it's running. I have two dogs so it's good with picking up the pet hair. And the switch on the handle which allows me to go from carpet to bare (wood) floor is just awesome. The filter makes it very clean smelling as well.
