Yes, I bought one of these machines after reading the "gothic horrors" describes herein, but it was the only machine I could afford that was eligible for our LADWP (LA) rebate program which is quite generous if you buy one of the approved machines. So with trepidation I proceeded but determined to verify that the installation was exact to the manual specifications.
