I attended a conference in Spartanburg, SC this past week. In the next few days I will be sharing some reviews with you on places where I stayed and ate. I had a great time and learned a lot but I am sure glad to be back home!

Hometown...: Home to the USC Gamecocks--I graduated from both USC and UT so I'm partial to the TN Vols!
You can find me...: At home reading a book or playing on the PC. I also love hanging out with family and friends.
Surprising fact about me...: I just started a blog at http://livelovelaughandlearnatgigisplace.blogspot.com/
Favorite band growing up...: Maybe Chicago or Air Supply and of course in grade school my best friend and I loved Donnie and Marie Osmond. My parents were fans of classic country and the oldies. I was @ the skating rink every week so I became very familiar with lite rock and pop in the '80s. Today I'm all about Southern Gospel!
Last good book I read...: I read my Bible daily, or try to. I just finished "A McKaslin Homecoming" by Jillian Hart.
My favorite drink...: I'm from the south--I love sweet tea. I also drink Lipton green tea w/citrus, Vitamin waters (that's the brandname), choc. milk and V-8 juice.
Favorite website...: Viewpoints and amazon.com

I know that you and I will both be part of t he same grand plan but somehow VP and Sears are splitting up (It was news to me that they were ever connected in the first place, although I had begun to suspect that.)
