Littleton Adventist Hospital is a good, relatively effective healthcare center.  Care received has been generally acceptable and has led to full recovery of family members.  However I am told a very common problem among US hospitals and unfortunately a vital area which this one needs improvement in is general hospital cleanliness.  I am told forty years or more ago most hostpitals had daily wipedowns of all surfaces with a mild bleach solution to minimize the spread of disease - everyone got into the act and disease spread was minimal.  We saw no one wiping down surfaces during our latest...
