Discover - Platinum Cash Back Credit Card

The Discover Platinum Credit card is a crock.

I had the Discover Platinum card a couple years ago. I had the 0% interest for as long as I used the card at least 1 x a month. I was diligent about making a purchase at the same store and continuing this interest rate for about 3 years. But when the Discover company didn't receive the electronic transaction I was penalized and charged an outrageous interest rate. I had my receipt stating that I had made the purchase.
