Hope things are going well with you. I read your information that you would like to become a Kmart manager. It has been as while since I have been with Kmart but with any business one has to learn it and be willing to dedicate the time to the position that is required to ensure one's store performs above what the company expects. If you could send me some more background information on you such as if you work for Kmart now, how long, which departments you have worked in, what volume store you work in,where you want to be in 10 years personally, wife, kids, etc kind of where you are at in life. Being a Kmart Manager is an awsome experience and there are only a select few whom are chosen and entrusted with a store.
