I started a new ideea about comment cards. Please check it out and tell me what you think. I have been trying to get my customers to do store reviews online via our community but it hasn't been successful. They are either clueless about computers, don't have a computer, or would like a phone number if they are actually going to make a comment.
I am in the process of contacting customers now since I am new here to find out about their customer experiences. View the idea and give me your thoughts!
