Craftsman Garage Door Opener 1/2 hp Screw Drive, Security+ Anti-Burglary Coding
I purchased Sears Craftsman 1/2 horsepower garage door opener 1/29/09. Twice it had to be fixed. This time the chain and cable broke, the garage door went slamming to the ground. Thank God nobody was hurt. I have been reading reviews on other web sites about the 1/2 horsepower Craftsman garage door opener and one after another after anohter have complaints about this product. Take it off the shelves and ship it to China. It is a piece of junk It is less then one year old. Yes, I took out a warranty, however, who needs this aggravation? I wouldn't recommed this product...
