Haier Washer - Top Load HLP21E
I bought the Haier Washer HLP21E because I live in an apartment with limited space. However, it is not a reliable product.The spin cycle stopped working with only a few months of use. Then the rinse cycle stopped working. I also tried to get a replacement hose sent to me through the company. However, Haier customer service was not very helpful. I had to finally call Kmart customer service to intervene for me. By then, the warranty ran out. The washer still works. The spin and rinse cycles still do not work. The washer is also not quiet.
