What is Sears doing about the abysmal quality of this product? in Kenmore Grill Cover black, fits 56 in. x 46 in.

Kenmore 3.5 cu. ft. Front-Load Washer, White

“Works very well”

Upgraded from a rather ancient washer that was owned by my house's previous owner, but with that said we've had nothing but a good experience since purchasing our washer. The rebate from our energy company didn't hurt, either.

I've seen the comments about mildew and I just have to make sure that the washer door stays open after running and that we dump the excess water out of the soap cup. Pretty simple, really.
