The Sears delivery men arrived close to the appointed time and proceeded to unpack and unload on BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator. I had already unloaded and disconnected the old refrige and was prepared to receive my BRAND NEW SEARS KENMORE ELITE TRIO refrigerator and the wife and I stepped out to observe. Upon inspection there were numerous and obvious scratches and marks all over the lower portion of the unit.
