Kenmore Air Conditioner - Window Unit Air Conditioner
I recently received this as a gift and was very excited. Come to find out this was too large for most of my windows and too small for 1 of my windows. Being bummed I was researching other options and found a casement style window. After getting my hopes up for a new air conditioner I called Sears.com to process an exchange. HaHaHaHa. An hour and a half later I was told they are unable to assist me and suggested I returned the product then purchase the one I was looking at. WAIT WAIT WAIT WHAT. I can't complete an exchange????? I will never do business with Sears and would highly suggest everyone...
