General Electric GE SmartWater Refrigerator Filter Replacement Cartridge MWFDS
I love my GE refrigerator, and this feature (water filtration) was a HUGE factor in choosing the unit. Our local water is pretty good to start with, but has chlorine & sulfates in it, which you can taste from the tap. The ice and water dispensed from the door of the fridge is crystal clear, and tastes wonderful, thanks to the GE Smartwater Filter system. It is super quick & easy to replace, and it stops about 99.9% of all the nasty stuff that might be found in tap water.
