My daughter's safety depends on the right tires. Sears helped relieve the tension. We had a catastrophic failure on one of her car's tires, it was a competitor's brand. I am putting her through college so money is tight. Instead of the Sear's shop trying to sell me the most expensive tire they had while hiding alternatives the salesman informed us that they had 4 of the Sears brand economy tires left in stock at a reduced price. Youy fridge takes the WR51X10101 heater, if it is less than 36 months old it will be fixed no charge, 36-60 months you pay the service call only, call an authorized GE servicer or Sear's if you purchased it from Sear's

It takes an expensive tool to defrost that Fridge. there is a computer control board in the back of the fridge, it is probably not the problem, that defrost hearter is the problem 90% of the time, the way to check it is to remove the wires to it and put a vom meter on it and test for continuity

GE has been having problems with the defrost heater and has a program where they will pay for parts and labor up to 36 months old. you pay the labor and they provide the parts 36 months to 60 months, after 60 months you are on your own. defrost heater must be part # WR51X10101, you can look it up at parts direct on the sears web site, enter your model number, and enter heater in the search window to get the part number.
