Kenmore Elite Refrigerator - French Door Refrigerator with Bottom Freezer
When it was time to buy a new refrigerator we thought we found a great deal on a fridge we liked at an establishment other than Sears. So we bought it. And it ended up costing us a lot more than necessary because that establishment's customer service was severely lacking in just about everything, competence, friendliness, timeliness. We eventually returned it and immediately went to Sears to get a new fridge comparable to the one we had just returned. I can not say enough great things about our experience with Sears.
