I didn't discover the bumbo until my third kiddo, and I SO wish I had had one for my first two.  My first two are two and four years older than my youngest and this made it so much easier when I needed to sit her down.  It was PERFECT for taking to restaurants especially when she was too small and too wobbly to sit in high chairs.  It's also light weight which makes it easy to carry around (or get smaller ones to carry when your hands are full!).  I would recommend getting the tray as well, it's not only useful as a tray but for keeping them in the bumbo when they get a little older and tend...
