Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion
I have tried the $300 a jar moisturizers along with their "immediate" dark circle erasers, and I can tell you without hesitation; Olay is the very best. From the time I hit puberty, dark circles under my eyes continued to worsen. So much so, that without concealer, I would not leave the house. I wouldn't even walk to the mailbox! Olay isn't exactly cheap either, but do like I did...buy one or two products at a time and then you run out of each one at different times, and it makes it more affordable.
