“Kenmore Elite HE5t 4.0 - Help I keep getting Code F-20”

I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE5T 4.0 in October of 2007 and I keep error Code F-20. It started about 6 months after purchase and we were able to correct the problem following the troubleshooting guide. For the last 2 months I have bearly been able to use my machine at all, I have had to go to the laundry mat, Kind of sad since I paid over $3000 for my set. Every time I start the washer once the water starts running within 30 seconds I get the code. I have had service come out 3 times and they have not been able to resolve the problem. Can someone from SEARS please help me get this resolved,...

I was on the web site and read your problem. I had the same problem. Heres how I corrected it. The problem has nothing to do with the washer its in the water lines I think. Here how to fix it. step 1 -Shut down the water to the home and drain the water lines. step to- Refill the water lines by turning the water back on. The problem is the water line knockers are full of water and have no air by draining the water lines and refilling the lines the air will be back in the system and the presuure will be fine.If the problem comes back in the future just repeat the steps. Hope this solves your problem.
