“Dana White is my hero”

I'll post the UFC.com review of episode 5 then I'll comment with my thoughts of the episode.

As this week's show commences, it picks up in the Octagon, where Team Nogueira's Efrain Escudero has won the first lightweight bout of the tournament by submitting Team Mir's Shane Nelson. Incensed by his teammate's loss, Browning jumps the Octagon fence and tries to get at Escudero. Immediately, interim UFC heavyweight champ Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira intercepts Browning and holds him back. When the dust settles, Nogueira says of Browning, "He's scared, and he's gonna be the next to tap."

Walter Russell Bowie

I think my parents were the crazy ones. My older brothers are 11 months apart--the younger catches up w/the older on Feb. 1st. They are the same age until the older has a birthday Mar. 3rd. Then, my sister and I are 14 months apart. When my sister, the baby, was born the oldest had just turned 4! I love the name Bella--Belle from Beauty and the Beast is my favorite princess. When's the baby due? My birthday is May 10th--it will be on Mother's Day in 2009 and my Dad's is the 22nd.

Yes you are crazy, but in a good way. My girls are 14 months apart and it seems I never slept --but sleep eventually comes, like right now they are both napping and I can actually have some time to visit friends on Viewpoints. Good luck!

I was The Executive Editor of WCW Magazine for almost five years during the Monday Night Wars. I then wrote for all the wrestling magazines that were out there. I still write for one in the UK called PowerSlam. I have lots of pics I could post but most don't know who the guys and girls are in the pics.

Welcome! What an adorable family you have! Looking forward to reading more about your training insights... Are you in to treadmills and elliptical machines? Readers are always looking for more advice there (and I am too!) Ha. Glad to have you here.
