Hey Judy,

I was reading the forums regarding the Michelin rebates and saw that another will be offered in June. Today is June 2nd and wondered what dates this rebate will be offered. I'm going to be needing tires soon and would love to take advantage of the additional savings offer.

We had a bad experience with the Merced, CA store. We had our $2000 rims gouged and had the paint scraped off the bumper. The manager gave us a bit of attitude because we refused to sign paperwork that the work was completed. We will give them a chance to make it right but if not, what do we do then? Shoddy tech since he didn't even have the professionalism to let his manager know he messed up three of our rims and the back bumper.

I got a call this afternoon from 'Jennifer' at the Oakbrook store, saying that UPS 'lost' the tire shipment, and there will have to be a new shipment sent today.

I've never had UPS lose anything I've shipped, and certainly nothing the size of a passenger car tire.

So essentially everything is back to where it was on Monday, April 12th.

Judy, the Ref# is IN344983.

There were four Kumho KR21 tires (size 215/75-15) purchased on 1/19/11 at the Sears store in Bloomington, IL. They were installed on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport when the car had 113,384 miles on it. It has just over 117,000 miles on it today.
When we called the Oakbrook Sears store on Friday, April 8, 2011, 'Jennifer' said she 'never heard' of any factory road hazard warranty on Kumho tires.
We brought the tire into the Oakbrook store around 5:30pm last Friday, and the man we spoke to also said he'd 'never heard' of the Kumho warranty, even though I printed out a copy to give him. He kept asking me why we didn't buy the Sears road hazard warranty. He said 'Jennifer' would call me on Saturday, but that call never came.
To the best of my knowledge, it will take 3-5 days to get a replacement tire to the Oakbrook store, but that's only after someone there agrees to order it. So far, no one is willing to place an order for a replacement tire.
I contacted Kumho's CA offices on Friday to find out why Sears isn't aware of the warranty on the Kumho tires they sell, and to ask for the name of another retailer who is willing to honor the factory road hazard warranty.
One last thought - I found out about the factory road hazard warranty from a Sears representative during a 'chat' session I initiated from a Web page displaying these tires.

I have been a loyal Sears customer for years , but a snowthrower I Bought a few years ago has never worked. The problem lies with the fuel delivery system. The first two years I had the snowthrower there was no major snowstorms, so by time I attempted to use it it was out of warranty . the model number is 536.881851 can you please help me or refer me to someone who can help me,

We had points that could have been used toward the auto repair. The problem is:
1) the receipt shows that the last 4 of our card and corresponds to the card in my posession
2) I tried to register the card number and PIN online, but it comes back as INVALID CARD
3) I called the store, and they indicated that the 'Member Number' on the card IS registered to us.
--I have tried to get SYWR to send me a new card, reset the PIN, or whatever, but I get a SERVER ERROR from the SYWR site, so I don't know if they got the request,
--I contacted Microsoft Technical support, and there is a script on the SYWR site that is in conflict with my Windows, and they can't say the message did or did not reach the SYWR site.
--In short, because the instructions on the proper registration sequence and requirements are confusing or non-existent, I'm not even sure if the problem is that I didn't get the card/PIN registered correctly.
