How can I get my new Sears dryer vent installed? I've tried, with no success, numerous ways, with all kinds of promises from Sears phone employees for prompt installation. Additionally, the old dryer, now in the garage, needs to be taken away as well. I have tried Since Dec. 4th, 2010 to no avail. I have been badly inconvenienced because of Sears lack of timely effecient response to this matter. It has made it most difficult for me to dry clothes and bedding, most especially since my husband, with MS, has a urinary tract infection and bleeding problem due to a stent he has had in his ureter.
Incidentally, the installation of the new washer I purchased at the same time of the dryer, was faulty and it flooded the laundry room, part of the kitchen and, sadly part of my dining room antique rug!!!

please ask the chairman, since you seem to be pretty tight with him, when will the commission only salaried sales people recieve a raise. Month after month, year after year they lower our percentages. thank you
