I am a 44 year old wife and mother of 2 boys.... Kris is 19 and Matt is 12. If it says anything about me... I married a sailor on Pearl Harbor Day. LOL I work in a call center taking customer service calls for Sears Credit Cards. It is a very good job.

About 5 months ago our van broke down. We limped it to the closest garage who said it was the transmission that was shot. They recommended we take it to AASTRO Transmission. They said that many people had recommended them and liked them. We did as they recommended even tho we had a mechanic that normally worked on our cars. Now we are VERY sorry we did that.
They advertised that they would check out your car for free. Well, after doing the "free" inspection, they said they had to do a more thorough inspection to find out exactly what was wrong and that would cost $150. We foolishly agreed to that....
