Recently took my Mercedes Benz Sport C-Class to the sear in Killeen Texas for replacement of All four tires. Before buying tires i made Service provider aware the i have two different sizes on my car the front requires 225/45/17 and the rear requires 245/40/17 Sales person said not problem we have those in stock but just to be sure i ask the sales person to recheck the size required for my vehicle after she did that, she also went out to the car and verify size by the cars data plate, well needless to say 1.5 hours later my car was complete, returned back to sear after i did not recieve a phone call from Sales person saying my car was complete. I paid sales person went out to my car and sears had put my old tires in my back seat of my mercedes benz (what?) already upset went home and the next morning while about to wash my car noticed that my front tire looked bigger than my rear tires i checked size, i was right the had put the wrong size tires on my car, returned back to sear to find out that they didnt have my tire in stock and would have to order them, i told the sales person that i came saturday to get new tires cause i have to go out of town on monday, her response was that is the best i can do. I would really like to speak with a Manager or someone higher, than their tire expert. So now i will be not taking my car due too using the service department from sear. Thanks sears! I am very disapointed in this service.
