Kenmore Progressive Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner with Inteli-Clean System Purple (36932)
I bought this vacuum mainly due to the excellent review by **************** and the nice features it has, particularly the belt-less drive. When we bought the vacuum it worked great. Our family has 2 kids, a dog and 2 cats so we use the vacuum quite frequently but care for it well. When it was a year old, the vacuum got EXTREMELY LOUD (comparable to a circular saw). I had to service the vacuum myself because Kenmore customer service is terrible and Sears appliance repair wanted a minimum of $80 to just look at it plus having to keep the vacuum for several weeks.
