The Eureka Altima 12 amps vacuum is very impressive. We live in a part of the desert where the soil is a refined clay, so it not only gets onto (and into)  everything, it adheres itself. So lots of vacuuming amongst other things is an absolute necessity. And the Eureka handles it extremely well. Very durable product. The self cleaning duster wand is a bit of a hassle to operate, but it does work.The vacuum cup holds a lot of dirt, and in itself has a strong motor. It has multiple cups  and filters that should it become plugged up, it most likely has to do with either washing off the filters or...
