Marilyn in Housewares,& women's wear, is great...knowledgeable, friendly and competitent, but the guys in Appliances and electronics ignore the customers.
My husband & I wanted to buy a couple of Wii programs and the pistol grip for the Wii, which was locked on the display. Even on his knees, my husband was unable to see the back of the package to be able to decide if that was what he wanted. We ended up buying the crossbow grip because it was out where we could pick it up. We waited for 15 minutes wanting to pay for our purchases and were totally ignored by the TWO salesmen that were working. ...
