My brother has this unit and likes it. My husband was quite interested in it, so I bought this as an early Christmas present for him. What a terrific idea! The unit is easy to use and the propane tank beats charcoal hands down. My husband lines the drip pan with aluminum foil which makes it easier to clean. We have smoked pork and fish thus far, and plan to smoke one of our Thanksgiving turkeys.
