I'm so frustrated with sears right now. I purchased a bed in the beginning of February and was supposed to receive a rebate for $75. I waited 48 hours and registered online. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received anything. Everytime I call the sears rebate center, I speak with a person who can barely speak english and can't understand me, I can't understand them either. This is after I wait on hold for over an hour.
