Sears is terrible! We purchased warranties on several appliances from them. When calling the service department, be prepared to be on hold for awhile and to deal with incompetence. The latest item is a Kenmore Elite Chest Freezer. We have had nothing but problems with this item. The alarm continually goes off on it, and when a service technician is called out, the tech is absolutely useless. There was obviously something wrong with this freezer, but he claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. Now that the freezer is not working at all, everything inside of it is rotten. This...
