00916935000 and 07179711000 on sears.com should make that task much easier, using either a wet-dry vac (for the first one) or a leaf blower (for the second). Lawn vacs aren't designed for cleaning gutters. Good luck!

Boy, I wish I had a good answer for you. Other than making sure you change the oil and air filter regularly, keep the gas fresh, and check the spark plug for fouling, I don't have much more to offer for diagnosing a starting problem. Maybe madgolfer would know more. He's our resident tractor junkie.
