Heats up quickly - had family of 7.

In 5 years - had to replace  both therostats.   Even though 12 years warranty on parts  after 1 or 2.   SEARS 800 numbers not set up to send out warranty parts - Kept getting run around.    Finally got manager to agreed to send out tech free to bring out part.   I replaced parts - simple & quick if handy and following instructions.  The drain valve is CHEAP plastic - most are anymore.   Everytime I open it - will not stop  dripping.   Replaced 1 time and the washer another.
