Hi I recently purchased a kenmore gas oven from sears. I had my propane company convert it to propane, but the oven still had flames shooting up after it was converted. My propane company said that was not safe. We followed the instructions, what would you suggest?

I wrote a review on the Kenmore microwave/pizza oven, but cannot find it. I also cannot read the other reviews, only 2 open up on the webpage. The most positive and the most helpful negative.
I HAVE QUESTIONS on this product but can't find who or how to contact anyone in customer service. I like it , just need help in using it properly. The oven instructions are very vague. thank you

Yes, I was given good advice and as a result have been able to get the washing machine working again. However, I am sure that there is a serious defect with the design of the machine that SEARS should correct. The spin drum has to be free to move up the drive shaft so that the water supply is shut off. The drive shaft and drum bearing are prone to rusting and in my case had become welded together. So, while my machine is now working after replacing the drive shaft and drum, I am certain that the same fault will recur. SEARS should replace both parts with stainless steel parts that cannot rust.
