I used my Zojirushi Bread Machine frequently since I make my own gluten free bread. It is easy to use and mixes the dough thoroughly, except I do find a light ring of unmixed flour present at the top of the finished loaf. I do like being able to add the ingredients and not worry about the bread until it is done. I have to leave my gluten free bread in the warmer for 15 minutes after baking before removing the pan.
