We purchased this dryer in August 2009, and exactly one week after delivery it stopped heating. The Sears technician tried to fix it, two days later, but it was a circuit board failure, so would take over a week to order the part and get it fixed. He recommended we just have Sears trade it out for a new one.
BEWARE: This was more difficult than expected, because we ordered the dryer online, and the local store told me to call the Sears Online Service to get it replaced. Of course, Sears Online told me to call the local store! After getting the runaround a couple more times, the local store manager...
